HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please submit your order with the order form on our website. Be sure to include any customizations or dietary restrictions! Once your order is received you will be sent an invoice. Your order is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid.

CAN I CHOOSE THE PRODUCTS ON MY BOARD?

Absolutely! I want you to enjoy every part of your board. If there are any specific likes or dislikes, dietary restrictions, or allergies please let me know!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO ORDERS NEED TO BE PLACED?

Standard orders require a minimum of 24 hour notice. For large orders or customized wooden boards please order one week in advance. I will do my best to accommodate you, so if you're unsure please contact me!

HOW DO I PAY?

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an invoice via email. Once payment is received your order will be confirmed.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Things happen! Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior. Orders that are cancelled after the 48-hour period has passed will be charged in full.
