Do you never know what to make as an appetizer? I will be posting a new recipe every Tuesday to help you out! This recipe is a quick and easy appetizer with the perfect mix of sweet and crunchy! Plus, there are so many different combinations you could create with this one. Here is one of my favorites:
RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 Chèvre Log
1/2 cup of pistachios (chopped or halved)
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
Honey
Crackers or bread for serving
Directions:
Remove chèvre from package and place toward the bottom of the wax paper.
Mix pistachios and dried cranberries together. Then spread evenly on the wax paper.
Begin to roll chèvre on the pistachios and dried cranberries to coat the top and sides.
Transfer to serving tray and drizzle honey over chèvre.
Enjoy with crackers or bread at room temperature!
